Bagels Plus Deli has been part of Plainville for more than 30 years, and long before I ever imagined owning it, I was one of the people who loved it. This deli has always had a special place in the community — the kind of spot where people stop in not just for breakfast, but for connection, routine, and a familiar smile.

Owning a deli has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I’ve always loved the energy of a busy morning, the comfort of fresh bagels coming out of the oven, and the way a small shop can become a gathering place for an entire town. When the opportunity came to take over Bagels Plus, my husband and I knew we had to make it happen. With determination, hard work, and a whole lot of heart, we stepped in to carry this Plainville tradition forward.

Every day, I pour myself into this place — improving the menu, refreshing the space, and making sure every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in. I want Bagels Plus to feel like home, the same way it has for decades.

It’s an honor to continue the legacy of a deli that means so much to so many. Thank you for supporting us, for showing up with kindness and loyalty, and for letting me live out a dream every single day.
